We can deliver goods all over the world - please see carriage page for full details.
Goods will normally be despatched the next working day after the order has been received.
There may be occasions when items are out of stock. We will always e-mail you with an anticipated despatch date (usually within a week) so that you have the choice of waiting, changing or cancelling the order.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately. You must keep the item and all packaging for possible inspection by the carrier.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just return it to us undamaged, within 7 days. Please use a “signed for” service as we cannot be held liable for lost parcels. The original postal charge and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
The PayPal shopping cart uses the latest encryption techniques and whether you pay with your credit or debit card or PayPal, none of your details are ever passed on to us.
In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act, 11th December, 2003, we do not send random marketing e-mails to personal e-mail addresses (spam).
Cookies are only used to track items that you have added to your shopping cart.
